FineCrypt is a powerful free file encryption program that comes with a guarantee of reliable encryption. You can choose for data encrypting any of five encryption algorithms and any of four encryption modes. With FineCrypt you can create encrypted self-extracting executables which you can send through Internet and decrypt without FineCrypt.
FineCrypt can encipher files in two ways: with a user password or with a user key. You can choose for the encrypting any of five encryption algorithms and any of four encryption modes. The program has a key management feature developed and patented by Crypto Systems. With the File Statistics feature, you can check the quality of encryption performed by other encryption software.
With the help of the “Wipe” utility you can permanently delete the file content so it cannot be retrieved using disk recovery software. You can permanently delete files with the “Wipe” utility in two ways: from the Windows Explorer File menu, or from main FineCrypt window. OS Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP.
