LogonStudio

 

Stardock LogonStudio allows Windows XP users to edit, change, and apply new logon screens. LogonStudio comes built with a visual editor to make it easy to create your own logons which can then be uploaded to websites to be used by others users. See screen shot!

LogonStudio allows users to easily customize new logon screens for Windows XP. Rather than requiring a resource hacker and downloads of .EXE files, LogonXP uses a scripting language to allow anyone the opportunity to create customized .LOGON files (archived in ZIP format) that can be sent to other users.

Windows Media Player: comes loaded with great entertainment options. The Media Guide section highlights preset and featured Internet radio stations across all genres. You can also play videos and listen to CDs and MP3 files, as well as organize your music. It even handles all your MP3s and WMAs, making it easy to mix, burn, and transfer your music to over 100 of the latest devices- now including in-car and consumer DVD players.

If you're looking for a particular artist, check out the Artist Profile section, where you'll find biographical information, along with music downloads for a fee. What I liked most about the player was it easy to use, I could copy CD tracks to the Media Library with a couple of clicks. And the music playback quality was good. You can't beat the price it's free.
